Our Story

It all started a few years ago when our parent company, Monarq Media (a small business web marketing agency) was commissioned to redesign a website for a local dental office, Bloor West Village Dental Care. The website was failing to generate results needed a complete overhaul. After three weeks of intense research, design, and copywriting, we launched www.smiletoronto.com.

Over the next few months the website had soon achieved the #1 Google position for coveted terms like "Toronto Dentist", "Dentist Bloor Village", and more. Our client was flooded with new appointment requests, and phones were ringing off the hook with new patient inquiries. The results were more than we could have ever expected!

That first project generated a lot of interest from other dentists who liked our work, so we decided to explore the idea of launching a website service that catered specifically to dentists. We researched our competitors and were not impressed.
